1-1 Pilates Session

This benefits the individual with a specific area of the body that needs attention and help with movement by producing a bespoke exercise programme to practice/use at home.  Can be in your home or in my Fitness Studio.  (Exercises given out for home use)

£35 per session (£45 in your own home)

Pilates West Row

What is it?
A seated upper back, neck, shoulder, arm, scalp and face massage. This is performed in an armchair whilst fully clothed for 40 mins. (No oil used)

What can I expect?
Relax for 40 mins in a warm room with subtle music and low lights, with or without blankets.

How much does it cost?
Initial treatment (which includes a brief consultation) – £40
Subsequent treatments – £30
Per session – £40

Seated Head Massage

What are the benefits of Seated Head Massage?

  • Relaxes the mind and body
  • Relieves tension in the tight muscles of the back, neck, shoulders and neck/scalp
  • Alleviates headaches/migraines and painful neck/eye strain
  • Helps with sinus problems
  • Reduces scalp dryness

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

This helps the individual deal with negative thoughts that impact on the daily routine of day-to-day life. 

Sessions can help by using strategies that help deal with the negative thoughts that produce anxiety, worry and stress.  This therapy is aimed at those who may ‘over-think’ and worry irrationally on a regular basis.

What is Pilates?

Pilates aims to increase balance and strength, improve posture, boost core strength and enhance functional ability for the entire body.

What is Yoga Fit?

Gentle Yoga-style exercises that aim to stretch & strengthen all muscle groups of the body with soothing relaxation at the end of the session.

What is Stretch & Relax?

A gentle stretch class performed mainly on a mat, finishing with relaxation.

What is Body Conditioning?

Using weights (optional) and bands to condition all parts of the body, especially legs, bums & tums!  Standing and floor work.

What is Step Aerobics?

Step Aerobics at West Row Village Hall.  For all abilities and ages. Using a shallow step for low-impact exercises and easy-to- follow routines with hand-held small weights (optional). Great fun with great music!
